Rhema Care Cameroun operates a national and Zonal level structures with the Executive Director (ED) as the Chief Operating Officer.
The country management team is made up of the Executive Director, the Programme Manager and the Finance and Admin Manager, overseen by the Chief Executive Officer.
The Zonal teams are headed by Zonal Coordinators reporting directly to the Executive Director.
This organizational structure shall be modified as the country operations evolve.
Zone A: This comprises of operations in North West and Western Regions, and the operational Zonal Office shall be located in Bafoussam.
Zone B: This comprises of operations in the South West and Littoral Regions, and the operational Zonal Office shall be located in Buea.
Zone C: This comprises of operations in the Southern and Eastern Regions, and the operational Zonal Office shall be located in Bertoua.
Zone D: This comprises of operations in Adamawa, North and Far North Regions, and the operational Zonal Office shall be located in Garoua.
